Party Season 2025 – Get a Look at Our Inspirational Moodboard

We’re deep into autumn and heading fast toward winter, the official season of lunches, dinners, and cocktail parties. After fashion week’s creative storm, we’re ready to experiment. What’s clear from the SS26 collections is that nothing has changed dramatically, except maybe at Dior and Chanel. Minimalism still rules. Neutrals and generous cuts remain the safest bet for this season.
Having said that, let’s dive into our Party Season 2025 moodboard, shall we?

1. Leather

Once rustic and rebellious, leather has climbed to the top of the chic materials list this season.

• SHUSHU/TONG nails the day-to-night balance with a delicate blue dress paired with a utilitarian leather coat.
• Cate Blanchett, in Louis Vuitton, wears a sculptural leather vest that is directly on the skin, no top, no fear. Pair it with tailored trousers and heels for instant compliments.
• From Copenhagen Fashion Week, we loved the white winter trousers styled with a zipped-up leather jacket and a black fur coat on top.

2. Pencil Skirt

Every runway showed one. The pencil skirt is back and sharper than ever.

• In Copenhagen, it came in leather and hit just above the knee, perfect with an oversized jumper and high heels.
• Dasha Zhukova wore a brown-and-gold embroidered pencil skirt at Miu Miu’s Art Basel Paris dinner, paired with a short-sleeved grey cashmere top and bold red shoes.

3. Black & White

The classic never dies, but the trick is to keep it far from boring.
