Diorexquis – A Celebration of Dior Haute Jewellery in Full Bloom
The Collection
There are haute joaillerie collections, and then there are moments of pure magic – Diorexquis is undeniably the latter. With her latest creation for Dior Haute Jewellery, Victoire de Castellane unveils a world where artistry meets enchantment, and where nature is reimagined in exquisite gemstones.
This new chapter in the House’s legacy pays tribute to Christian Dior’s fascination with florals, fantasy, and fêtes. The Diorexquis collection unfolds like a vivid dream, rich with necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Each piece features an interplay of layered gemstones and hard stone backdrops, sculpted with poetic detail and illuminated by brilliant diamonds.
The vibrant palette reflects the rhythm of the seasons, brought to life by techniques like opal doublets and plique-à-jour enamel – all signature elements of Dior Haute Jewellery craftsmanship.
The Location
The unveiling of Diorexquis took place at a location deeply tied to the soul of Dior: the Château de La Colle Noire in Montauroux. This southern French estate, once Christian Dior’s personal haven, set the stage for a magical evening under the stars.
There, against the backdrop of lavender fields and Provençal skies, guests were immersed in an immersive journey of couture and gemwork. Maria Grazia Chiuri’s haute couture silhouettes walked in harmony with de Castellane’s dazzling creations, embodying the timeless elegance of Dior Haute Jewellery.
About Victoire de Castellane
Since 1999, Victoire de Castellane has been the visionary behind Dior Haute Jewellery, redefining the codes of traditional jewellery with her daring, colourful, and highly narrative designs. Her imagination transforms precious materials into whimsical tales, all while honouring the House’s heritage.
Creative flair seems to run in the family. Victoire is also the sister of Mathilde Favier, Dior’s charismatic Head of Celebrity Relations – and the real-life inspiration for a certain Parisian muse.
